This residential landscape was designed as a fully integrated outdoor environment, unifying the backyard from edge to edge through a cohesive material palette and thoughtful elevation changes.

To support the raised grade of the property, structural retaining walls were installed along the sides and rear of the yard, providing both stability and a clean architectural boundary. Additional feature elements, including the waterfall, stair walls, under-step detailing, and the outdoor kitchen and seating areas, incorporate complementary masonry in matching tones to visually connect vertical and horizontal elements throughout the landscape.

Layered ambient lighting is integrated across the space, highlighting focal points, improving circulation after dark, and extending the usability of the backyard well into the evening, ensuring the landscape remains both functional and inviting at all hours.
